WHAT TO EXPECT ON YOUR FIRST VISIT
We cannot wait to serve you at your first visit to our office.
Here is what to expect when you come in to Cornerstone Chiropractic.
New Patient Forms
All of our new practice members at Cornerstone Chiropractic are asked to fill out the new practice member health paperwork as completely as possible. This will allow us to understand any past injuries or traumas that may have led to current health conditions. This paperwork will take about 10-15 minutes.
Office Tour
On your first visit, we will take you on a quick tour of our office. We want you to know where everything is located so that you can feel at home and comfortable with us.
1 on 1 Initial Consultation
After your tour, we will provide a one-on-one, individualized consultation with you where we will discuss your health concerns, past health history, and future goals. This will help us give you the best quality of care possible.
X-Rays
To see is to know, and to not see is to guess. We will not guess with your health. If necessary, we will take chiropractic postural X-rays on site. This will allow us to look at your skeletal system in order to provide you with the safest and most effective care possible for your unique case.
Care Plan
After a thorough evaluation of the nerve assessment, postural x-rays, and health history, Dr. John will create a customized plan of care unique to you and your specific health goals.
Report of Findings
On your next visit, we request you bring your loved ones with you as we will present a report of our findings to you. This will include the analysis of your chiropractic postural X-rays, your customized corrective care plan, and payment options.
The Road to Optimal Health
In order to achieve the best results as quickly as possible, it is vital to be consistent in keeping your appointments. Everyone responds to care differently. Some people begin to feel better and see health improvements immediately, while others may take more time. Some may initially experience some discomfort and stiffness, known as healing sensations, which is completely normal as we restore the structure of your body and your nervous system.
